After the death of Ellie's uncle Alfie, a notorious magician and occult detective, the 72 devils of Ars Goetia are mysteriously released from their hellish realm. Now it's up to her to track down each of these demons and damn them back to hell... With holy water, black magic or simply with her trusty rusty hammer.
Meanwhile, Dora, a policewoman traumatized by the same events as Ellie, is suspicious of Alfie's untimely death. During their investigation, the pair witness strange changes in Britain's occult circles.
