Fann Attiki was born in 1992, in Pointe-Noire, Republic of Congo. In 2011, he fell in love with poetry when he attended - in spite of himself - a slam workshop run by the Association Ateliers du Styl'Oblique Congo, while strolling through the lobby of the Institut Français du Congo. Since then, he has been an active member of the said association, whose aim is to popularize slam in the Republic of Congo.
In 2016 Fann Attiki left Pointe-Noire, moving to Brazzaville from where he will continue to carry out his activities.
In 2018 Fann Attiki found time to renew himself in more literary productions, producing short stories and monologues. At the same time, he began writing a novel, to which he devoted time and energy until 2021. It was Cave 72, his first novel, published on September 1, 2021 by JC Lattès. A novel that earned him the Voix d'Afriques literary prize (a prize initiated by RFI, JC Lattès and the Cité Internationale des Arts), finalist in the Prix les Afriques (initiated by Cène Littéraire) 2022 edition, and special jury prize in the Congolese letters season 2022 edition.
