The work environment, the bureaucracy, the system are assimilated here as a cage in which illusions languish and die. Ronny constructs here an epic of the office, reminiscent of Mario Benedetti's "Poemas de la oficina", in which the poetic voice becomes "grayer", duller, in the midst of the routine imposed by material survival. These poems, which drink from the Dominican poetic tradition but also with influences from North American poetry, are written in a colloquial language, however, they are coated with a critical depth that makes them, almost all of them, almost perfect pieces that form a larger gear.
