Patrick Nzabonimpa (Tom) is a writer, poet and journalist based in Kigali, Rwanda. Along with his passion for writing, he serves as the Country Coordinator of Writers Space Africa, Rwanda Chapter (WSA-R), where he helps promote literary activities and support aspiring writers and poets. His works have been featured in various literary magazines and anthologies, such as WSA Magazine, Brittle Paper, and Twaweza anthology, among others.

He is a Pen Pen African Writers Residency fellow and one of the winners of the Empower Africa Now 2020 Writing Contest in the short story category.

When not lost in his creative pursuits, Patrick enjoys sipping a cup of tea.
