Mathias has been working in the IT industry since 1984 and has a wealth of experience in data modeling, programming, and business analysis.

Throughout his career, Mathias has worked on a variety of projects for embassies, administration, and major corporations such as Siemens AG. He is proficient in a range of programming languages, including Clojure, Python, and JavaScript, and has expertise in graph databases such as Stardog, RDFox, GraphDB, and Apache Jena, as well as relational databases and models.

In addition to his technical skills, Mathias has a strong background in coaching and is skilled at interviewing decision makers to understand their needs and goals. He has a proven track record of translating business requirements into technical requirements, and is experienced in leading onsite and virtual teams. Mathias is also a skilled negotiator and has successfully led teambuilding efforts and business deals.
