Gérard Rugambwa has been a French-language journalist and publisher since 2001. He was editor of the newspaper La Nouvelle Relève for over ten years. On the eve of the Covid crisis, he founded the online newspaper Le Canapé, for which he acts as editor. He has the ability to work without superiors and has worked for a number of years as a freelance journalist for both print and audiovisual media.
