"It's a labyrinth of a novel in which past and present are mysteriously interwoven, as if it came from a previously unpublished manuscript by Franz Kafka. It is a story in which the main character, the writer Felix Reynolds, discovers parts of his traumatic and unusual life while searching for his lost brother. Along the way, Felix feels the need to finally express some of the things that torment him instead of continuing to bury them inside. He therefore seeks help from the psychiatrist Groomy Bloom. The psychiatrist works in a castle that dominates the town where Felix lives, and it almost seems as if the castle, town and country are ruled by mysterious men in black, the Kafkas." (Publisher)
