Swakrito Noman is a Bangla writer. He is one of the eminent writers of Bangladesh. He was born on 8 November 1980 in Bilonia of Porshuram Upazila under Feni district. Acquiring knowledge and writing are the goals he has set for himself. His published novels include Rajnoti, Begana, Hirokdana, Kalkeuter Sukh, Shesh Jahajer Adamera, Mayamukut, Ujanbashi and Mohuar Ghran. He has also published books on other subjects. He has been awarded with HSBC Kaali O Kalam Award, Brac Bank-Samakal Humayun Ahmed Young Litterateur Award, Exim-Bank Humayun Ahmed Literary Award, Rabeya Khatun Literary Award offered by Bangla Academy, IFIC Bank Literary Award and other honours. He is currently working at the Bangla Academy, which is the symbol of intellectual excellence of the Bangali nation and its cultural advancement.
