Tina Rausch studied Modern German Literature, Education, and Social Psychology at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Since graduating, she has worked as a freelance editor and copyeditor specializing in literature, as well as a literary educator. She writes teaching materials for school reading lists and designs literary workshops and professional development programs that explore the intersections of various art forms. 
Together with Ulrich Kirstein, she has published Allgemeinbildung deutsche Literatur für Dummies and Die 100 besten Bücher der deutschsprachigen Literatur für Dummies (Wiley-VCH, 2018 and 2020), and, together with Anke Buettner, she edited the reader Literatur & Haltung. Rachel Salamanders Archiv (Verbrecher Verlag, 2026).
